Redfern Long Run Labels is a provider of a range of labeling solutions including self-adhesive labels, wrap-around labels, shrink sleeves, and flexible packaging. With branches in Cape Town, Durban, and Johannesburg. Utilising their state-of-the-art machinery, experienced design and repro team and extensive printing capabilities, they offer a wide range of labelling solutions to suit their customers needs.

Brilliant Link Director, Stef Fourie, has had a long-standing business relationship with Managing Director of Redfern, Terry Adinolfi which dating as far back as 1995.

In conversation with Terry, we asked how she would characterize her relationship with Brilliant Link, and this is what she had to say.

Understanding Our Clients’ Needs and Providing Bespoke Solutions

Other than the accounting system, point of sale, and bill of materials solutions that we implemented for Redfern, we have also developed custom reports and introduced business intelligence functionality into the organisation.

Having had such a long-standing business relationship with Redfern, we have had the privilege of watching them grow as a business while we ourselves have also expanded. We maintain long-standing relationships with all our clients and were awarded the Customer Retention Award by Sage South Africa in recognition of this.

Given that Redfern Long Run Labels operates in three different provinces, the country-wide lockdown, due to COVID 19, was definitely a challenge. Employing systems that allow for business continuity is more important than ever.
